Job Description: Approved Payments Associate Location: Cairo Job Type: Full-time Purpose of the Role: As an Approved Payments Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of approved payments across the business. Reporting to the Complaints Technical Specialist, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, using your knowledge and insights to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience. What you’ll do: Process approved payments using various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for approved payments, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements. Support the Complaints Technical Specialist in identifying operational risks and proposing solutions. Review and improve current processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Ensure processes generate the necessary Management Information (MI) for effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Stay up to date with business communications that impact payment procedures. Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent activity. Provide support to the Support and Governance Manager in the absence of the Complaints Technical Specialist.
