This is a support manager role for the Spring by Citi platform – an end to end digital payments service supporting both B2C and B2B E-Commerce fund flows across 23+ markets in Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe, with robust reconciliation, funding and reporting capabilities. The platform currently has 75+ merchants.
The platform recently featured in an article from Head of payments business on Citi-features: https://citi.sharepoint.com/sites/citi-features/SitePages/Debo-Sen-Payments.aspx acknowledging some of the recent client wins.
Currently, Six FTEs (AVP/Below) and 2 FPCs manage the day to day operations on this platform . The team is geographically spread in India, UK and the USA and has been running the operations for several years. The team gets involved in challenging initiatives for new customer onboarding, managing stakeholder expectations by collaborating with exerternal vendors like Mastercard and Visa.
