Job Description We’re looking for an Apptio Analyst to join our Group Technology team. This role is key to supporting cost transparency and delivering insights that help us manage and communicate the cost, quality, and value of IT services. You’ll work closely with IT and Finance professionals across the organisation, contributing to data-driven decision-making and optimising technology investments. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of the Apptio financial management system Importing and interpreting data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights Collaborating with IT and Finance teams to deliver cost transparency and data integrity Performing data validation and monthly loading activities to maintain quality Delivering insights on IT Total Cost of Ownership and cost drivers using Apptio Acting as a point of contact for queries and providing support to the wider business Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and automation Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience with Apptio or Technology Business Management (TBM) principles desirable Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data transformation Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros) and ideally Power BI Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes such as budgeting and cost allocation Familiarity with relational databases and scripting advantageous Ability to work collaboratively across technical and finance teams Strong communication skills to explain complex data clearly Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
