Description

Responsabilidades: Apoyar en los procesos locales relacionados a gestión humana. Apoyo identificando, verificando, registrando y digitalizando los documentos físicos relacionados con RRHH ubicados en el almacén del proveedor en Bogotá. Apoyar en la recepción local de nuevos colaboradores en Bogotá. Apoyo administrativo al área de EEO requeridas acordes a las necesidades propias de la operación y nivel de responsabilidad de un aprendiz. Requerimientos: Estudiante activo en el SENA en programas relacionados con gestión humana ,administración, gestión documental u otros afines. Conocimientos básicos de Excel. Familiaridad con herramientas informáticas (Uso del computador y Paquete Office). Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar eficazmente en un entorno profesional. Responsibilities

The role involves supporting local human resources processes, including identifying, verifying, registering, and digitizing physical HR documents located at a vendor warehouse in Bogota. Additionally, the apprentice will assist with the local onboarding of new employees and provide administrative support to the EEO area as needed.
