QUALIFICATIONS

· Connaissance de la construction
· Grand communicateur en anglais et en français
· Permis de conduire valide
· La connaissance de Xactimate et Symbility est un bonus
· Force organisationnelle démontrée avec la capacité de gérer des échéanciers serrés de plusieurs projets exécutés simultanément

We’re looking to add another full time Project Manager to our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of construction
· Great communicator in both English and French
· Valid Driver license
· Knowledge of Xactimate is a bonus
· Organizational strength demonstrated with ability to manage tight timelines of multiple projects running simultaneously

Rémunération : 65 000,00$ à 80 000,00$ par an

· Respond to customers and insurance adjustors knowing the sense of urgency and empathy required
· Plan and delegate projects
· Follow up on contractor assignments ensuring on time delivery with great quality and on budget
· Produce re-construction estimates and timelines
· Build a repertoire of contractors, tradesmen, etc.
· Participate in “on call rotation”.
