TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Should have minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in MES and Manufacturing domain
• Should have working experience in any of the Apriso version starting 9.6 till 2021
• Should have ability to finalize requirements and FDS in discussion with customer
• Ability to create & validate HLD, LLD, System Architecture independently
• Must be proficient in JavaScript/ C# Script and SQL Server/Oracle
• Sound knowledge of RDBMS , Object-Oriented Programming, SOAP /REST based webservice calling
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (SQL Server 2012+) using SQL Profiler/DTA etc
• Hands-on experience on Process Builder, Machine Integration, Business Integration, Dashboard Builder and/or MPI Lite
• Must have built mapping for ERP integration and OPC integration using Schema builder and Altova Mapforce
• Must have been part of two or more end to end MES implementations using any of the Apriso version mentioned above.
• Well versed with deployment and release management processes through GPM
• Familiar with source control/versioning concepts and creating scripts for database objects
• Well versed with SDLC methodologies and Agile Principle
• Must have managed a team of 10 or more members
• Work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to initiate, design, deliver and govern across a wide range of projects in support of business
• Provided architectural guide and assist delivery teams tasked with producing optimal solutions for a given project
• Responsible for creating solution architectures that balance the trade-offs required to meet the specific needs of the project with those of the wider enterprise architecture
• Work closely and collaboratively across multiple delivery teams and product owners to define a well-articulated solution and ensure alignment across stakeholders

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Overall experience of 10-15 years with experience of 5 years in Apriso Solution Designing/Architecting
• Experience of developing and supporting manufacturing systems developed using Apriso
• Experience of working in manufacturing environment

JOB OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE:

• Design and architect end-to-end solution
• Techno-functional guidance to team
• Ensuring on-time and defect free delivery
• Lead Solution designing using Apriso 2016 and above.
• Knowledge of ISA95 / MESA standards.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liasioning with Dassault Apriso experts
• Interacting with the customer for detail requirements.
• Requirements mapping to Apriso
• Solution designing and architecting using Apriso
• Work with TCS onsite and offshore technical teams
• Understanding of PLC, OPC Servers and interfaces with MES systems using MI
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Crystal reports
• Functional Documentation & Approvals
• Help and guide Code development team
• Support conduct SIT, UAT and Go-Live
• User Training - Conduct user training
