POSITION SUMMARY

As an HR Case Manager, you will be part of the Performance, Behaviour, and Complex Case Team, providing expert advice and support on workplace behaviour, underperformance management, and complex staffing matters. You will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end case management, supporting managers, and ensuring timely resolution of workplace behaviour complaints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert advice on workplace behaviour and formal complaints
• Manage the end-to-end case process for workplace behaviour issues
• Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on workplace relations and HR policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
• Assisting with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
• Manage complex casework involving medical, legal, and health and safety issues
• Assist with performance management processes, guiding staff and managers
