JOB DESCRIPTION

Working as an Aquarium Service Technician, you’ll transform your fishkeeping hobby into a rewarding and flexible career. You’ll travel to client locations across the GTA (from Bowmanville to Oakville, and north to Bradford) to maintain beautiful aquariums filled with fascinating aquatic life. While you’ll mostly work independently, you’ll always have support from a collaborative, experienced team that’s got your back.

• Create a positive experience for clients with reliability, professionalism and a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Provide on-site aquarium cleaning and maintenance services at client’s locations across the GTA
• Perform water testing, including: NH3, No2, No3, Po4, KH, GH, CA, Mg levels
• Maintain optimal conditions for freshwater and marine species
• Troubleshoot equipment, water quality, and livestock issues with care and accuracy
• Foster strong client relationships by sharing your knowledge and earning trust
• Assist with aquarium deliveries and installations when needed
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the office
