The Role
Belgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate and experienced Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead and inspire our swim school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll help shape the future of our aquatic programs and create exceptional experiences for our community.
As Aquatic Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality programs, providing strong leadership to your team, and driving a culture of service excellence and innovation. You’ll play a key role in planning and organising lessons, identifying opportunities for new initiatives, and ensuring that every student feels supported and motivated in their swimming journey.
