YMCA at Brentwood is Now Hiring for Aquatics Coordinator, Part-time Position Type: Part-time Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience) Are you ready to dive into a leadership role where you can make a big splash in your community? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for an Aquatics Coordinator, Part-time to lead our aquatic programming, build a strong team, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for all. What You’ll Do: Plan, organize, and oversee all aquatic programs. Hire, train, and motivate aquatics staff. Manage pool operations, including chemical testing and maintenance. Build relationships with members and ensure an exceptional experience.
