We are seeking an Program Director to lead our Aquatics program for the North Scott YMCA. This is a great advancement opportunity for an aquatics lead or coordinator!
The Aquatics Director is responsible for the management and coordination of lifeguards and swim lesson instructors and will help oversee the swim team. The Aquatics Director will develop and implement new and innovative programs following trends in aquatics, swim team and other program areas. The Aquatics Director is responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of members, program participants, and staff.

SALARY: $45,000
