About the role HealthFitness is looking for an Aquatics Group Exercise Instructor to join the fitness team at Mercy HealthPlex - West Clermont, managed by HealthFitness at our location in Batavia, OH. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in Aquatics Group Exercise classes. This is a fill-in position working on an as-needed basis. What you'll need to have Current Water Aerobics instructor certification from AEA required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $22/class - $25/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise instruction to members participating in aquatics classes. Maintain a supportive community environment for all participants at the Mercy HealthPlex facility.
