The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants who can pass a water screening test, hold an active Ellis and Associates Guard License as well as a MD Certified Pool & Spa Operators license. The Manager on Duty will assist in leading In-Service training for their pool staff. We prefer candidates who are mature, friendly and have the ability to communicate professionally the rules and regulations of an aquatic setting to ensure a safe and fun environment for our guests. The pay rate for this position is $17.75/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
