Description $16.48-$16.97/hour The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for Swim Instructors and Lifeguards and we are excited to have you join our team! The Lifeguard maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. The swim instructor provides instruction and motivation for students in swim classes. Both positions create a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals and promotes safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. YMCA/ARC Swim Instructor certification or equivalent experience, preferred. CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certifications required. Must be able to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards. Responsibilities
