ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Credit Team by ensuring the smooth processing of credit applications and managing customer accounts. You’ll have regular interactions across the business and with debtors, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities;

  • Processing new credit applications – ensure accounts are opened within 48 hours.
  • Conducting credit checks using CreditorWatch and Equifax.
  • Managing the accounts receivable inbox for Australia & NZ.
  • Allocating and filing documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • General administrative support including batching, filing, and reception cover as required.
