Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable for MEA and APAC territories
  • Oversee milestone-based invoicing, collections, and timely payment application
  • Ensure all LC-related documentation and processes are fully compliant and accurate
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and AR teammates to support smooth order-to-cash cycles
  • Act as a backup for global AR functions as needed
  • Support revenue recognition, audit readiness, and financial reporting

What You Bring:

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with Letters of Credit (LCs)
  • Prior AR experience in MEA and/or APAC regions
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency in handling time-sensitive invoicing
  • Understanding of international shipping, freight terms, and global payment structures
  • Experience with confirmed LCs, EDC, or D&B is a plus
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
