What You'll Do:  * Perform transactional AR entries. * Perform advanced data entry into multiple accounting systems. * Review and validate data entries. * Perform complex account reconciliations. * Utilize and analyze data reporting. * Draft and create standard operating procedures and workflows. * Work with internal and external customers to resolve questions and problems. What We're Looking For: Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities * A high school diploma and two (2) or more years of experience in an accounting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. * Understanding of accounting principles. * Skilled in oral and written communication. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, computer reports and accounts receivable or accounts payable reports. * Ability to mathematically calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.   Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications. * Understanding of basic database programs. * Ability to use 10-key by touch.  * Proficient data entry. * Ability to operate a copier, fax machine and scanner.   Additional Eligibility Qualifications  * English language fluency, verbal and written. * Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.     True Oil LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Vets, Disability #indoffice
Responsibilities
The AR Assistant II will perform transactional entries, complex account reconciliations, and data validation across multiple accounting systems. They will also draft standard operating procedures and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve accounting inquiries.
