KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Accurately enter patient charges, procedures, and services into the billing system * Review and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy * Ensure charges are entered in a timely manner to support prompt billing * Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information * Work closely with coding and billing teams to ensure proper charge capture * Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies * Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Assist with other revenue cycle tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS * 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree * 1–4 years of experience in medical billing, charge entry, or healthcare administration * Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient in data entry and computer systems (EHR/EMR experience a plus) * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
