Financial Additions has partnered with a service company in Dallas in search of AR Associate to join their Finance team. This role is contract to hire and will be hybrid after the probationary period.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in a financial back-office environment.
  • 2+ years in credit/collections.
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or database queries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
  • Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and payment status.
  • Research and resolve disputes (pricing, quantity, credit balances, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate customer records and resolve payment/application errors.
  • Document collection efforts in accounting system.
  • Assist with cash application and credit limit requests.
  • Collaborate with customers, operations, and sales on AR issues.
  • Support manager with decisions on blocked customers and order status.
