Our services are customized to the needs of our client and can either include all facets of the front and back office revenue cycle or a mixture of these services, including but not limited to: medical coding and billing, claims management, insurance eligibility services, medicaid / medicare specialized services, and self-pay and bad debt collections Key Responsibility: * Meet Quality and productivity standards. * Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials & underpayments * Should have experience working with Multiple Denials. * Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution. * Ensure accurate & timely follow up where required. * Should be thorough with all AR Cycles and AR Scenarios. * Should have worked on appeals, AR Follow up, refiling and denial management. Role / Responsibilities: * Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project. * Ensure that the delivery to the client adheres to the quality standards. * Must be spontaneous and have high energy level. * A brief understanding of the entire Medical Billing Cycle. * Must possess good communication skills with neutral accent. * Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work. * Must be willing to Work from Office * Abilities to absorb client business rules.

Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for managing the revenue cycle by contacting insurance companies to resolve denials and underpayments. They must ensure accurate and timely follow-up on claims while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
