The Collection and Deduction Analyst is responsible for collection of our customer’s accounts receivable dollars when past due and analyzing customer deductions to determine validity. Daily activities include regular communications with our customers asking for payments, identifying and resolving customer billing problems or payment trends that cause payment delinquency. #LI-JJ1
