AR CLERK

  • Location: Portland, TN (Onsite)
  • Pay: $24–$27/hour
  • Type: Contract Opportunity
  • Must Have: Strong AR and ERP experience
  • Plus: Notary certification
    The AR Clerk will handle invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations, while maintaining accurate customer records and addressing payment discrepancies. Responsibilities include sending invoices via various methods, monitoring delinquent accounts, drafting past-due correspondence, and contacting customers for overdue payments. The role also supports monthly reporting, AR aging analysis, and reconciliation of revenue, receivables, and bank accounts.
