Description • Receive Collections from a portfolio list assigned. • Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts • Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments. • Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights • Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights • Assisting with payment application as needed • Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers • Performing other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned Skills Accounts receivable, portfolio management, Vendor Communication, Customer service, Revenue cycle, Bilingual-Spanish Top Skills Details Accounts receivable,portfolio management,Vendor Communication Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of B2B Collections experience High School Diploma required High Volume Outbound Call experience (50+ daily) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities

The AR Collections Rep will manage collections from an assigned portfolio, perform account reconciliations, and resolve disputes to facilitate payments. Additional duties include tracking customer job balances and making calls to customers.
