GENERAL SUMMARY:

The AR Credit Analyst is responsible for compiling credit reviews on both new and existing customers, in line with the Global Credit Policy.
They will also manage the Bad Debt provision for each market, post customer payments to our ERP and complete regular Credit Risk and AR Dashboard reporting to ensure internal stakeholders remain informed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Working knowledge of Oracle, Service Now, SAP, Excel and Power Bi
• Extensive experience in a similar position

• In line with our Global Credit Policy, ensure credit limit reviews are completed for our key customers across all markets, on a semi-annual and annual basis.
• Business partner with colleagues in the Order to Cash and Revenue Accounting teams to ensure patients needs are being met.
• Work with business partners across multiple departments to gather intelligence on risks and opportunities that might impact credit exposure.
• Compile and distribute monthly reports to ensure internal stakeholders remain informed as to the credit risk utilization and aging status of our AR ledgers, across multiple countries and multiple ledgers.
• Working with the Treasury team, identify and post customer payments into Oracle for specific customers..
• Support the line manager with various projects and initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies
• Post journals within our ERP and complete reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
