Post Consumer Brands is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Deductions Supervisor who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and driving results. If you’re passionate about building strong partnerships and leading with purpose, this is your opportunity to shine. This is a REMOTE role open to MN candidates ONLY! What You’ll Do As a working supervisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts while leading a team of 4–7 Deduction Coordinators and Analysts. Your role will combine leadership, strategy, and hands-on problem-solving: Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop your team, set clear goals, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Drive Results: Oversee deduction processing, resolve trade and non-trade deductions, and partner with Sales and Customer Solutions to ensure accuracy. Innovate & Improve: Contribute to process improvements and implement system upgrades as a subject matter expert in High Radius technology. Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships with Sales, Brokers, Customer Solutions, and Credit functions to keep things moving smoothly. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred. Experience: 5+ years in Accounts Receivable in consumer-packaged goods industry, with expertise in deduction resolution and collections. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage diverse personalities, coach effectively, and build team morale. Technical Know-How: Intermediate Excel and Word skills; experience with Order-to-Cash automation software (High Radius, Get Paid) is a plus. Personal Attributes: Organized, analytical, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
