A well-established company in Denver is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving around customer deductions, chargebacks, and payment collection.

• Generate accurate and timely invoices while managing customer aging reports
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and billing issues
• Gather deduction backup from internal departments and external partners
• Apply and reconcile incoming customer payments, resolving any unapplied amounts
• Prepare and process approved credit memos, debit memos, and write-offs
• Address customer questions regarding invoices, account status, and payment terms
• Produce on-demand reporting for internal teams, including sales and leadership
• Assist the AR Supervisor and Accounting Manager with daily departmental functions
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with financial data
