Job Requirement: Issue sales invoices and ensure accuracy. Key in received vouchers and verify details. Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records. Conduct RPT (Receivable/Payable Transaction) reconciliation. Follow up on outstanding payments and chase customers for timely payment. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the accountant.

Responsibilities

The AR Supervisor is responsible for issuing sales invoices, verifying received vouchers, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, they will conduct receivable/payable transaction reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
