4+ years' of total experience in medical billing/RCM Deliver new hire training program for New hires and Laterals as required in office or Training from home using Online Learning Platform Measure and document trainee performance Provide feedback & monitor learning curve Training on Communication & telephone etiquette. Conduct Mock calls for trainees Keep records of metrics for the training function Training delivery standardization Ensuring 85% through put Developing Skill based curriculum / Assessment Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance trainee performance.
