JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a CFD and Forex Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account management, and ensuring a smooth process for clients engaged in CFD (Contract for Difference) and Forex trading. This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

4. EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Conduct training sessions for clients on using trading platforms, understanding market indicators, and risk management strategies.
• Develop educational materials and resources to empower clients in their trading journey.

5. Collaboration with Sales Team:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and assist in achieving revenue targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales team based on client interactions and market insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong understanding of CFD and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in industry-standard trading platforms and tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the CFD industry.
