Job Overview: As a CFD and Forex Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our trading products and services to retail clients across the Arabic and English-speaking regions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure clients’ satisfaction and success in the trading markets.

Responsibilities

· Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential retail clients across Arabic and English-speaking regions to introduce and promote our CFD and Forex trading services.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in the account opening process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing personalized support during the setup.
· Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive information about our range of trading products, including CFDs, Forex, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies, tailoring presentations and recommendations to meet clients’ needs.
· Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, trading strategies, and economic events to offer clients valuable insights and guidance.
· Client Support: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their trading goals.
· Sales Reporting: Regularly update and report on sales activities, and pipeline status.
· Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Key Requirements:
· Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
· Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, financial services, or Forex/CFD trading is preferred.
· Knowledge of Trading: Solid understanding of CFD, Forex, and financial markets.
· Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
· Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial products in an easy-to-understand manner.
· Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and compliance, to achieve company goals.
· Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
· Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
