Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services to potential customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and objections.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately record customer details, sales information, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product/service information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales techniques and achieve overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
