Requirements Degree: Must possess a Western-accredited, 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Background: Minimum of 4 years of active, recent practice within emergency rooms, intensive care units, or equivalent high-acuity hospital wards. Linguistics: Total command of both the Arabic and English languages (written and spoken). Availability: Full personal and legal readiness to adapt to international maritime travel schedules.
