AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Arabic/Indian Villa Chef to join our culinary team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic and flavorful dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of Arabic and Indian cuisines. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to providing exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests in luxury villa settings. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Indian dishes, utilizing traditional recipes and techniques Design customized menus based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients Ensure the highest level of presentation and quality in all food served Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines Source and select high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and innovative concepts Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Arabic and Indian cuisines, preferably in luxury villas or high-end dining establishments In-depth knowledge of traditional cooking methods, spices, and ingredients Creative and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Food handling certification or relevant culinary degree is preferred Flexibility to adapt menus based on guest preferences and seasonal availability
