Egypt Education Platform is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at GEMS British International School of Madinaty starting in February 2026. This role is crucial in providing targeted support to Arabic-speaking students and facilitating their academic success in a diverse learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in delivering Arabic language lessons and supporting students with their learning needs. Provide one-on-one and small group support to help Arabic-speaking students engage with the curriculum effectively. Collaborate with educators to develop tailored learning strategies and resources that promote the Arabic language and culture. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding the academic and social development of students. Encourage positive communication and interaction among students, fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere. Participate in training sessions and professional development to stay updated on best practices in education and language support. Help maintain an organized and inclusive environment that accommodates the diverse needs of all learners. A qualification in Education, Special Education, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English to effectively support students; proficiency in both languages is highly preferred. Experience working in a school, particularly with students who have learning difficulties, is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with students, teachers, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds.
