JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Site Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on-site, ensuring work is executed in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in MEP site execution, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage).
• Familiarity with local standards (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.) and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities at the construction site.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor and inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting installations.
• Ensure that MEP works are executed as per approved shop drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering teams for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; report non-compliance issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure health and safety practices are followed on-site at all times.
