This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist customers in navigating their automotive inquiries while providing exceptional support in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide information on vehicle specifications, pricing, warranties, and financing options. Assist customers with service appointments, recalls, and general maintenance inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address customer needs promptly. Stay up-to-date on automotive trends, new models, and service offerings to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with the ability to document interactions accurately. Proficient in using CRM software and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
