This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and aviation, and who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer support. In this position, you will assist passengers and partners by providing vital information and support in Arabic, ensuring a smooth travel experience for all. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from customers regarding flights, reservations, baggage, and aviation services via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide accurate information related to flight schedules, ticketing, and travel regulations. Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds. Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed support. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM platforms.
