This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient in Arabic and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in financial services. As a representative, you will assist clients with their banking needs while ensuring adherence to policies and providing a exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account information via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic. Assist customers with account opening, card services, loans, and online banking issues. Provide up-to-date information on banking regulations, promotions, and available services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a prompt resolution. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs. Stay updated on banking trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, especially within the banking or financial services sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to solve problems and manage customer inquiries effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer applications. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
