As a representative, you will provide exceptional support to clients in Arabic, assisting them with their inquiries related to biotechnology products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic. Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of biotechnology solutions offered by the company. Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer engagement and service delivery. Stay informed about industry advancements and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
