This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to helping students and institutions navigate their e-learning solutions. As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in Arabic, providing support and information to enhance their educational experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Assist users with account access, enrollment processes, and course-related questions. Provide information on available programs, features, pricing, and promotional offers. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with technical support and educational teams to address user needs effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, educational technology, and updates to improve customer engagement. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. Problem-solving skills along with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and customers in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital learning platforms is desirable.
