Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. If you are passionate about customer service and have an interest in energy solutions, this role is designed for you. You will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure they receive support in Arabic, contributing to their overall experience in this dynamic field. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries related to oil and gas services via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Assist customers with understanding product offerings, pricing, and service options. Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience. Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil and gas sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
