Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the finance industry. This role is ideal for dynamic individuals who are knowledgeable in financial services and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will assist clients in understanding their financial options and addressing their inquiries effectively while communicating in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide clear and accurate information on banking services, investment options, and account-related questions. Assist clients in resolving issues related to their accounts, transactions, and compliance. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system. Collaborate with financial advisors and departments to provide comprehensive client support. Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and approachable manner. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
