Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service and seek to make a difference in the dining experience of our clients. In this position, you will engage with customers in Arabic, providing assistance and information regarding our diverse food and beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to menu items, ingredients, pricing, order placements, and food services via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic. Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and special dietary options available. Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and any complaints or issues that may arise. Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and future reference. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Stay informed about new menu items, seasonal offerings, and company policies to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and remain calm under pressure. Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with customer service software and general computer skills.
