Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for travel and outstanding client interactions. You will provide exceptional support to customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding travel arrangements, bookings, and tourism services, all while communicating effectively in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to hotel bookings, travel planning, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic. Provide information on available accommodations, travel guidelines, and local attractions. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests. Resolve any customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences. Keep updated on travel trends, company offerings, and cultural insights to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
