This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and have a passion for providing outstanding customer support. In this position, you will assist customers in navigating IT solutions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues, all while communicating effectively in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide technical support and guidance for software and hardware-related issues. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues. Stay updated on company IT offerings and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Problem-solving skills and a strong desire to assist customers. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using IT support tools and CRM software.
