Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a representative, you will assist clients in Arabic with their logistics inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide accurate information on shipping options, customs procedures, and pricing details. Assist customers in resolving logistical concerns and coordinating solutions in a timely manner. Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
