This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment while delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients and customers in navigating their media inquiries and ensure they have a positive experience with our services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to media content, subscriptions, and entertainment services via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide information on product offerings, promotions, and service features. Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Record customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as necessary. Work closely with internal teams to address service-related challenges and enhance client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and new offerings to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse customer base. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Adept at using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
