Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and providing exceptional service to customers. In this position, you will assist clients in navigating pharmaceutical products and services, all while communicating effectively in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide detailed information about medication uses, side effects, and dosing instructions to customers. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges of pharmaceutical products. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. Stay informed about new pharmaceutical offerings, industry regulations, and healthcare trends to provide excellent service. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to customer interactions. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
