Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about sustainable solutions and dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. In this position, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to renewable energy products and services, ensuring effective communication in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Provide information on product specifications, energy savings, and government incentives. Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns and coordinating with technical teams for resolutions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about developments and trends in the renewable energy sector to provide valuable insights to customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction. Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and computer proficiency.
