Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite applications for the position of Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. If you are a dedicated and customer-oriented individual who enjoys helping others, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you. You will provide exceptional support to customers, assisting them with their inquiries and enhancing their shopping experience through effective communication in Arabic. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies through phone, email, and chat in Arabic. Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and complaints. Provide information about promotions, sales, and new product launches. Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with store teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing quality service. Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
